- Window sills wiped and blinds dry dusted
- Walls and doors cleaned (walls washed if needed)
- All baseboards thoroughly wiped
- Corners and molding detailed and dusted
- Light switches and outlet covers wiped clean
- Stove exterior cleaned (including drip pans, coils, cooktop, door, and control panel)
- Fridge exterior cleaned (top, sides, behind, door gaskets, and hinges)
- Countertops wiped—items removed and replaced as needed
- Drain and stopper cleaned and sanitized
- Sink and faucet cleaned and polished
- Light fixtures dusted and cleaned inside and out (if removable by client)
- Toaster oven cleaned inside and out, including area underneath
- Microwave cleaned inside and out, including area underneath
- Backsplash thoroughly cleaned and free of splatters
- Drawers cleaned inside and out (including handles and sliding tracks)
- Kick plates beneath cabinets cleaned
- Cabinet handles and hinges cleaned and polished
- All cabinets cleaned inside and out
- Dishwasher exterior cleaned (front panel, top, gasket, hinges, and control panel)
- Dishwasher interior cleaned (walls, racks, and drain area)
- Trash emptied and bag replaced
- Floors swept, vacuumed if needed, and mopped to finish
In the Bathrooms
- Countertops cleaned and left free of debris
- Sink and drain (including exterior) cleaned and polished
- Faucet cleaned in detail (top, underside, sides, and caulking)
