At your first cleaning with Lux Level Cleaning, we take the time to bring your home or workspace up to our high-maintenance standard. First visits are always the most detailed, as we tackle buildup and those often-overlooked areas. From there, we recommend a cleaning schedule that fits your needs and lifestyle—many of our clients prefer biweekly cleanings to keep things consistently fresh, while others enjoy the ease of weekly or monthly visits. We know every space is different, so we’ll always offer honest recommendations based on what’s best for your home, budget, and routine. Our goal is to build lasting relationships by delivering the same level of excellence every time we clean.

Dust ceiling fans; wipe if needed and reachable
Dust ceiling-wall edges and corners; remove cobwebs
Dust light fixtures; wipe if needed
Dust and wipe door and window trim/molding
Dust and wipe doors
Dust and wipe window sills
Clean interior and exterior of glass doors, leaving them streak-free
Dust and clean wall hangings, décor, mirrors, and frames
Sanitize light switches and door handles
Dust and wipe the top of the refrigerator
Clean outside of the fridge, leaving it streak-free
Clean backsplash and remove/scrub splatter as needed
Clean inside and outside of microwave, including underneath
Wipe small countertop appliances, including underneath
Wipe countertops, moving items when possible and cleaning underneath
Spot clean cabinet fronts
Wipe cabinet handles and knobs
Clean and polish stove/cooktop and oven exterior; scrub as needed
Clean outside of dishwasher
Clean and polish faucet, including around the handle, sides, underneath, and caulking
Clean and polish sink; scrub buildup as needed (if no dishes are present)
Dust and wipe kitchen table, chairs, and stools
Dust and wipe baseboards
Empty trash, replace liner, and wipe exterior of garbage can
Vacuum or sweep floors
Damp mop hard floors
Leave the kitchen neat, tidy, and guest-ready

Bathrooms

Here’s what we take care of in every bathroom:

Dust ceiling-wall edges and corners; remove cobwebs
Dust light fixtures; wipe if needed and reachable
Dust and wipe door and window trim/molding
Dust and wipe doors
Dust and wipe window sills
Dust and clean wall hangings
Clean mirrors until streak-free
Wipe all touchpoints, including light switches and door handles
Dust and wipe the outside of the medicine cabinet
Wipe or scrub backsplash as needed
Wipe soap dishes and toothbrush holders
Clean and polish faucets, including around the handle, sides, underneath, and caulking
Scrub and clean the sink; remove buildup as needed
Clean and organize vanity tops, moving items when possible and wiping underneath
Spot clean cabinet fronts
Wipe cabinet handles and knobs
Dust and wipe towel bars and toilet paper holders
Scrub toilet bowl (when toilet brush is available)
Thoroughly clean toilet exterior, including the base, underneath, behind the toilet, and water supply hose
Wipe toilet brush and plunger containers
Scrub and clean tub/shower area, including edges, lips, and shower door if present
Dust and wipe baseboards
Empty trash, replace liner, and wipe exterior of garbage can
Vacuum or sweep floors, including accessible walk-in closets
Damp mop hard floors
Leave the bathroom neat, refreshed, and guest-ready

Vacuum sofas and chairs; wipe leather or vinyl surfaces as needed
Dust and wipe tables, desks, chairs, and stools
Laundry Areas: Wipe washer and dryer exteriors
Laundry Sink/Counter: Wipe sink, faucet, and countertop when present
Wipe countertop, moving items when possible and cleaning underneath
Spot clean cabinet fronts
Wipe cabinet handles and knobs
Dust and wipe baseboards
Vacuum or sweep floors, including accessible walk-in closets
Damp mop hard floors
Empty trash, replace liner, and wipe exterior of garbage can
Leave the space clean, organized, refreshed, and guest-ready

Bedrooms

Make the bed every time; change sheets and pillowcases when a clean set is provided

Empty trash, replace liner, and wipe exterior of garbage can
Vacuum or sweep floors, including accessible walk-in closets
Damp mop hard floors
Leave the room neat, tidy, and refreshed
