Lux Level Cleaning Client Contract
Cancellation by Service Provider: The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule cleaning appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, personnel issues). In such cases, the Service Provider will notify the Client as soon as possible and make efforts to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Compensation and Refunds: If the Service Provider cancels a cleaning appointment without reasonable cause and fails to reschedule within 7 days, the Client may be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees for the canceled appointment. No refunds will be provided for cancellation by the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Cancellation by Client: The Client may cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment by providing at least 5 days' notice in text or via email to the Service Provider. 25% of any deposit made in result of cancelation will not be refundable.
Rescheduling by Client: The Client may request to reschedule a cleaning appointment by contacting the Service Provider at least 2 days in advance. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Customized Solutions: We understand that every home is unique. Our cleaning technicians assess your cleaning needs and tailor our chemical usage accordingly. Any chemicals not wanted used in home must be discussed 2 days prior to agreeing to this contract. All extra services or request should be made before signing this contract.
Commitment to Client Satisfaction: At Lux Level Cleaning, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring client satisfaction. We understand that occasionally, mistakes or oversights may occur despite our best efforts. In such cases, we are dedicated to resolving any issues promptly and effectively. Clients are encouraged to report any cleaning concerns or mistakes within 24 hours of cleaning being performed . Clients can do so by contacting our office at 559-425-6044, 850-99-CLEAN or clean@luxlevelcleaning.com. Our goal is to exceed our clients' expectations with every cleaning service. If a client remains unsatisfied after our resolution efforts, we will work diligently to find a mutually satisfactory solution. This may include scheduling a follow-up cleaning session at no additional cost to the client.
Payment Terms and Conditions: Payment Schedule: The Client agrees to pay Lux Level Cleaning for cleaning services as outlined in the attached service schedule. Payments are due: Deposit on invoice date and remaining at service/project date. Collection Costs: The Client agrees to cover any costs incurred by Lux Level Cleaning for collection efforts, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs, in the event that legal action is necessary to recover overdue payments. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from payment issues should be addressed promptly. Both parties agree to communicate in good faith to resolve payment disputes. If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution clause outlined in this contract.
Insurance and Liability: Lux Level Cleaning carries comprehensive general liability insurance. Service Provider's liability under this Contract shall be limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the cleaning services that are the subject of the claim. Any damages or injuries that occur during cleaning, including indemnification clauses should be addressed in writing via text or email within 24 hours after cleaning services were provided.
Access: The Client agrees to provide access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times. In the event access cannot be provided, the Client agrees to notify the Service Provider in advance to reschedule.
Please note: This deposit is non-refundable. It ensures that we reserve cleaning services specifically for you and commit resources to meet your needs. By making this payment, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions, which include the non-refundable nature of the deposit.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Agreement: By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
